The Pennoyer's Buildings Preservation Trust is a charity and company limited by guarantee. It was formed in 1995 to achieve the objective of retaining and restoring Pennoyer's School. Its founder members include Parish Councillors, the District Councillor and other concerned villagers. Membership is open to all individuals and organisations who are in accord with its aims.
